Who are we?
Charlottesville Women in Tech (CWIT) is an organization for emerging and established professionals that provides human connections and resources for women and girls interested in or associated with technology. Our vision is to bridge the gender gap in tech by providing a safe and welcoming environment for women and girls to connect, learn and collaborate in Charlottesville.

Join us for an exciting in-person presentation/panel highlighting achievements of successful women in tech! On Wednesday, May 8th, we’ll hear from Kelly Doney, VP and CIO at the University of Virginia, about her career path and challenges and advantages of being a woman in tech. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and connect with other women who are excited about building a career in tech. Come be part of this empowering event!
